Eric M. Lode

Eric M. Lode has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil and criminal matters in Federal and State courts. His practice areas include business litigation, intellectual property, environmental law, complex fraud, white collar crimes, antitrust and unfair competition, securities, employment law, construction and real estate. Mr. Lode received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was Order of the Coif and an Articles Editor for the California Law Review. He also received a B.A. in Philosophy from Hope College and a Ph.D in Philosophy from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following law school, Mr. Lode served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court.
